The two volumes “Living Archives” – National Archive of Memories of the Process of Bulgaria’s Accession to the European Union have been published.
These personal memories go into the depth and complexity of past historical processes. They reveal unsuspected but crucial aspects of motivation, value orientations and behavioral patterns, without which the historical success of our country would not be possible. However, there is no trace of them in the official documents, left in the state archives. We consider extremely important the assessments and opinions of the participants in the process, not least because they reveal the special human side of historical events and their results.
