In the first act of each theatrical play the inception of the plot is presented. It traditionally ends unexpectedly at the most intriguing moment, leaving viewers awaiting the inception at the end of the play. Something like that happened in the early hours of December 8, 2017 – “white smoke” appeared after 11 hours of tense talks that allowed a joint report of the European Union and the United Kingdom to be agreed in a volume of 15 pages. It will serve as the basis for the UK exit deal.
